New features

Newsletters online publication

You can now find our newsletters on the Connect portal.

E-mail adresses parameters

You can now set the e-mail adresses of your templates by using variables in the e-mail adresses.

Use case:

It may be useful if you have dedicated e-mail adresses depending on the type of the digitalized document.

Customization of the labels displayed on the Demat'Box^®

If you have for your customers differents sets of document's types, you may use variables in the labels and therefore you will have customized labels displayed on the Demat'Box^®.

As a reminder, you can set the variables in the "Create-synchronize Cloud services" step.

Service suffix

In order to make it easier to navigate in the Demat'Box^® sub-menus, you may add a variable in the "Service suffix" field in your template.

You will then fill the variable in the "Create-synchronise Cloud services" step by putting the names of the companies of your customers.

This information will appear in the Demat'Box^® label.

OCR optimisation

To have a better OCR recognition rate, you may check the box "Optimised for OCR" in the Crystal Image processing.

Multiple pairing

Would you like to pair multiple Cloud services on the same Demat'Box^® in only one step ?

In order to achieve this, please click on the "Link multiple Cloud services" button.

Finally, don't forget that you may pair one Demat'Box^® multiple times, for exemple for each Cloud services of your customers.

This can be done remotely, without the intervention of the customer by clicking on the "Choose an existing Demat'Box^®" button when you pair the Demat'Box^®.
